The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing occupational medical and health services for NASA GSFC Civil Servants. The primary purpose of these services is to provide medical evaluations and vaccinations under the Goddard Occupational Surveillance Program as outlined in NASA Procedural Requirement (NPR) 1800.1, entitled “Occupational Health Program Procedures.” These services are required for both GSFC facilities located in Greenbelt, Maryland and Wallops Flight facility (WFF), Wallops Island, Virginia. These services are expected to be provided offsite at the vendor’s facility (no greater than 100 miles from either NASA facility) and/or a vendor provided mobile health unit to be deployed to either the Greenbelt, Maryland facility or WFF per the request of NASA.
Interested parties are invited to submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to provide the services listed in document attached to this Sources Sought Notice, entitled “NASA GSFC Occupational Exams & Vaccinations.” Capability statements are to be submitted no later than Monday August 25, 2025 at 4:00 EST. Please note, general vendor brochures will not be considered an adequate means of demonstrating a capability or ability to provide these services. Additionally, NASA may consider one or more providers due to any potential geographic constraints.
