Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Mow all areas, excluding the area that is fenced in behind the Veditz Building and Benson Gym. The main campus is approximately thirteen (13) gross acres and the campus annex is approximately two (2) gross acres. 2. Mow all areas in front of and on the sides; fenced in area in the rear of school and the hill area adjacent to the front of the of the new elementary (Kent McCanner building) school and adjacent parking areas; including the hill from the intersection of South East St. to Wasler Dr. to the corner of the property line, total gross area approximately three (3) acres.
