Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Relocation of (22) modular building trailer units that measure approximately 11’-8” wide x 60’ long each trailer. The trailers are to be relocated to a new site on the southern boundary of the College campus; re-assembled in the order of adjacency that the trailers are configured in currently. 2. The majority of the existing interior walls, ceilings and flooring are to be removed. 3. After re-assembly of the trailers on new foundations at the new location, new interior partitions are to be constructed in order to create classrooms, faculty offices, and other support spaces. 4. Replacement of the roof system with a new single ply membrane roof system including rigid insulation. 5. New interior floor, wall and ceiling finishes. 6. Water and sanitary sewer utility extensions and house connections to the building at the new location. 7. Electrical power site distribution improvements, and service connection to the building at the new location. 8. After removal of the existing modular structure from the existing site location, remove all paving, foundations, footings and building components from the site. Remove and cap all utilities. Backfill the foundation excavations with stone, backfill the paving excavation with soils, and treat the disturbed area with grass seed and mulch. 9. Lighting and electrical systems improvements. 10.
