1. Furnish and install precast or cast-in-place concrete retaining wall cap segments onto the existing retaining wall along each approach. 2. Clean and paint corroded structural steel. 3. Clean the existing fresh air duct supply vents. 4. Remove existing unsound concrete; clean and apply protective coating to existing reinforcing steel, replace reinforcing steel, place new concrete. 5. Repair the damaged fresh air duct supply vents, remove existing concrete, install new joint armoring and reinforcing steel, cast ultra-high performance concrete. 6. Remove and replace ITS antenna support brackets. 7. Install supplementary hanger cables in the Upper Plenum. 8. Repair or Relocate the existing hangers at various locations throughout the Upper Plenum. 9. Repair or replace the pedestrian railing posts, supports, or rails. 10. Replace or repair the broken junction box covers. 11. Replace the ceiling panel joint seals. 12. Replace the concrete ceiling panel. 13. Replace doors at various locations. 14. Replace existing hangers at various locations throughout the Upper Plenum. 15. Replace Haunch Panels. 16. Replace leaking elastomeric joints. 17. Remove and replace tiles. 18. Replace or tighten hardware at various location throughout the Bores. 19. Power wash and Seal the Brick Retaining Walls. 20. Reset the Concrete Ceiling Panels. 21. Reset the Haunch Ceiling Panels. 22. Replace Drain Inlet Grates. 23. Seal the cracks and arrest the leaks using Epoxy Crack Injection. 24. Supply MDTA with Spare Concrete Ceiling Panels. 25. Repair existing door hardware. 26. Repoint Bricks at various locations in the retaining walls. 27. Reset Bricks at various locations in the retaining walls. 28. Replace Bricks at various locations in the retaining walls.
