Specifications include, but are not limited to: Experienced and qualified Contractors to supply milk and related products. a. Delivery of all products provided under any resulting contract shall be F.O.B. destination with no delivery charges to the SMCPC. b. See Exhibits A‐C for a list of delivery locations and specifications specific to each SMCPC entity. Delivery locations may be adjusted as schools and centers are constructed, acquired, managed, abandoned or otherwise changed during the life of the Contract. c. Deliveries shall be made in bulk in quantities specified daily, every other day, or as needed. d. All milk shall be fresh and have a minimum shelf life of seven (7) calendar days e. Milk cartons must be delivered in conditions that are clean and in sanitary plastic carry cases, free from dirt, grime, grease or other foreign particles f. Substitutions or changes for delivery dates and times will not be accepted without prior approval from an SMCPC Supervisor of Food Services. g. When there is an extended break in school operations (five or more consecutive days), and milk left over will be picked up and credited to the SMCPC entity. (Ex: winter break, spring break, etc.)
