Purpose: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with
the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes
the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement has no set-aside restrictions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this
procurement is 541613.
The solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular
(FAC) 2023-04, Effective 09/23/2025.
This is a Non-Competitive (Notice of Intent) combined Synopsis Solicitation to Award a Contract or Purchase Order without
providING for full or open competition (including Brand-Name).
This sole source is being conducted pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2) or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-, "Unusual and Compelling Urgency."
The justification/rationale for Other Than Full and Open Competition is Unusual and Compelling Urgency. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement,
proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
Description of Requirement: The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price delivery order for this requirement. The
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate with TripTK on a sole source basis. All proposals must
submit a Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The period of performance of this contract is estimated for one (10) ten week base period, as follows:
Base Period: September 30, 2025 - December 10, 2025.

Complete proposals/quotes shall be submitted electronically no later than 3:00 P.M. ET on September 25, 2025 to the Contract

hhs.gov). An offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The
Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges with offerors if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary.
