The Maternal and Child Health Bureau is accepting bids from qualified contractors located in the greater Baltimore area of Maryland to provide space, equipment, break-out rooms, and meals for approximately 100 participants for the duration of the conference. The facility must be clean, neat, have free parking on premises, free Wi-Fi, adequate restrooms, and at least one lactation room. ● The venue must be able to accommodate a 1-day conference on September 25, 2025, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. ● A conference center (located in the greater Baltimore area of Maryland) with the ability to accommodate approximately 100 participants on September 25, 2025. ● Free parking for approximately 100 participants on the premises. ● Free Wi-Fi. ● Ability to provide catering service for hot breakfast, mid-morning and late afternoon snacks, and lunch on September 25, 2025. There must be sufficient floor space to accommodate tables for all participants in one room for both breakfast and lunch, with each meal lasting 60 minutes. ● Audio/Visual (AV) equipment such as LCD projector, screen, handheld and/or table microphones, etc, and in-person support on the day of the event.
