General scope of work for this project includes: a. The Scope of Services requires Material Testing and Inspection for the Project included but not limited soil, concrete, asphalt field and laboratory testing in accordance with the attached Drawings and Specifications. Inspections also must include precast wall panels and all other precast elements of the building, inspection of the CMU walls, and welding inspection. b. Providing the City and the Project Engineer with inspection and material testing reports. c. Report to the Site Inspector from the Engineering Firm all material testing- deficiencies and observed non-compliances with the Project specifications and the Industry Standards. d. The Material Testing and Inspection Reports shall be submitted to the City and the Engineer within time period no more than 5 consecutive working days after completing material testing and inspection.
