3.2.1 General Requirements The Applicant shall provide or contract for the provision of the services listed below. It shall maintain local policies and procedures for the administration and prioritization of the funds, approved by the Board of Directors or its governmental oversight authority, and are available for review by BHA. 3.2.1.1 Eligible Applicants must: A.Target the delivery of services facilitated for individuals who identify as part of the military-connected community to include Service Members, Veterans, and their Families. B. Engage phone line service to provide toll free access to referrals and resources C. Engage 24/7 call center service to provide warmline services and connect callers to MCV for behavioral health referrals and resources.
