1. Website Planning and Design • Conduct a discovery session with the Association to identify goals, user needs, and design preferences. • Develop a site map, content structure, and user experience (UX) plan. • Provide mockups and design prototypes for review and approval. • Ensure the design aligns with the Association’s brand identity and is fully responsive across devices. • Implement accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG 2.1 compliance). 2. Website Development • Develop a CMS-based website (WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent) with user-friendly administrative controls. • Build core pages (e.g., Home, About, Membership, Events, Resources, News, Contact). • Integrate features such as: • Online membership registration and payment processing • Event calendar and registration system • Blog/news module
