Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.3.2.1 Be responsible for comprehensive development, including interpretation of design direction, paper selection and production knowledge. 2.3.3.2.2 Provide graphic design and consultation services, including but not limited to: graphic identity, design for display, publication, on-air and interactive design, including illustration, typography design, art direction, photography, and suggested text edit to enhance the final product. 2.3.3.2.3 Work with outside agencies to clarify artwork specifications and may be directed by the Contract Monitor to submit artwork directly to such agencies. 2.3.3.2.4 Make changes and corrections, as required in writing by the Contract Monitor, after each review of proofs. Corrections and alterations due to Contractor error must be made with no charge to Maryland WIC. 2.3.3.2.5 Provide guideline specifications for purchase of outside resources, including printing and those that require usage rights management, i.e. stock photography. 2.3.3.3 Contractor Provided Artwork. The Contractor shall: 2.3.3.3.1 Provide artwork, billed as materials as described in Sections 2.3.4.5 and 3.3.2.C, for additional creative services not available through the Maryland WIC, government, or online resources, i.e. writing, photography, etc. 2.3.3.3.1.1 An example of this is providing the photography of recipes for the Maryland WIC Farmers Market Cookbook. The Contractor will take the recipes provided by the Maryland WIC Program and create and photograph the recipe to provide the proper artwork. 2.3.3.3.2 Be able to photograph human subjects for use in publications or marketing materials. The Contract Monitor will be responsible for contacting and scheduling the subjects for the photoshoot. 2.3.3.3.3 Proofread written content and provide suggestions to ensure projects read at a 5th grade reading level. 2.3.3.3.4 Provide printed or digital proofs at the direction of the Contract Monitor.
