Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor shall take a key role in the design and layout of a website. 2. Vendor shall create design photos for visual layout of web pages and convert designs into appropriate formats to match the MSDE requirements for web sites. 3. Vendor shall work with other teams to meet format requirements. 4. Vendor shall assure ADA compliance of all web materials. 5. Vendor shall collect and analyze data on website usage to improve performance. 6. Vendor shall respond to reports of technical problems and work with the team to fix them quickly. 7. Vendor shall work with Copywriters, Graphic Designers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time. 8. Vendor shall work with the MSDE to ensure the implementation of all activities defined in the scope of work. 9. Vendor shall upload resources and materials for use by students, families, and schools. 10. Vendor shall provide training for use of the platform to all interested parties. 11. Vendor shall provide materials necessary for the implementation of all aspects of the platform
