• Conference to be held in May or May-June of 2026 (Preferred dates of May 17 – 19 or May 31 – June 2) • Conference to take place in a strategic location in the state of Maryland; the location should include diverse venue options, scenic environment, and recreational activities on-site • Approximately 600 employees will attend from every jurisdiction in the State • Almost all attendees will require lodging and food • A combination of single, double, king, and suite rooms with kitchens • Catering services required • Nearby restaurants and local entertainment options • A green room starting on the Saturday before the training (May 16 or May 30) to be used for conference supplies and a speaker's ready room • Negotiated comp rooms provided per negotiated number of paid rooms • Designated space for registration near the main hall • Nearby beach, pool, or waterway preferred • On Saturday evening (the night before the conference begins), we will need 50 rooms • On Sunday evening, we will need rooms for 400 guests • On Monday evening, we will need rooms for 400 guests • Free parking for all attendees on every day of the conference (including those who come early on Saturday)...
