Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Title X family planning services are those that are directly related to preventing, delaying or achieving pregnancy in accordance with a client’s reproduction and sexual health goals. Title X projects provide other preventative health services, such as cancer screenings, to assist clients in achieving primal reproductive and sexual health. Title X services are provided to all individuals who are interested in family planning care, particularly low-income families who are given priority access. In alignment with the program's work, the Maryland Family Planning (MFPP)/Title X Program intended to rename and rebrand the program to Maryland Sexual and Reproductive Health (MSRH)/Title X Program. 3.1.2 The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Office of Family & Community Health Services is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide development and design of a print and digital media campaign (including logo and slogan branding) with MFPP’s new name: Maryland Sexual and Reproductive Health (MSRH). /Title X Program.
