Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to remove and replace a roof top chiller unit at Weide Airport AASF Hangar Building 4081 located at 8361 Wise Road, APG Edgewood, MD 21010. a) The Contractor shall disconnect, remove and dispose of the existing rooftop chiller unit, York Model number W1LC320A46C. b) The Contractor shall provide and install a new rooftop thirty (30) ton chiller unit matching the current unit's power, fuel supply, curbing, and output specifications. The current unit is York Model number W1LC320A46C. c) The Contractor shall provide and install new pipe, fittings, thermometers and strainer between existing isolation valves and new chiller unit. d) The Contractor shall reconnect existing controls and power supply. e) The Contractor shall disconnect and reconnect the existing lightning protection. f) The Contractor shall provide and install new fiberglass insulation on new piping. g) The Contractor shall complete all work according to the manufacturer's specifications and shall include all parts and labor necessary to make unit fully operational. No additional costs shall be paid.
