Specifications include, but are not limited to: STO is issuing this new Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to acquire personnel resources to provide specialized implementation and support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations and Finance, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service module in an Azure environment. This project will implement the following ERP and custom modules: • General Ledger; • Account Payable; • Budgeting; • Purchasing; • Account Receivable; • Cash and Banking; • Employee Expense; • Projects Online; • SharePoint Online; • Human Resources; • Security Roles; • Banking and file transfer Interfaces; • CRM modified for Custom Insurance Management module using Customer Engagement Customer Service module; • CRM modified for Custom Claims Management module using Customer Engagement Customer Service module; • CRM Portal; • A custom interest allocation module; • Custom interfaces to State’s Rstars mainframe system for financial transaction batch transfers; • Custom interfaces to two banks for financial transaction batch transfers; • Custom interfaces to several data centers for files transfer; • Redevelopment batch file transfer programs and associated data import and export programs; and • Exchange Online.
