Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contract shall provide for the Graphics Designing of Brochures, Booklets, Newsletters, etc to the Maryland Correctional Enterprises, Maryland Correctional Institution Jessup, Route 175 and Maryland House of Correction Road, Graphics Plants #1 and 2, Jessup, Maryland 20794, Maryland Correctional Enterprises, Roxbury Correctional Institution, 18701 Roxbury Road, Hagerstown, Maryland 21746. 1. Vendor shall represent Maryland Correctional Enterprises in providing an end product to Maryland Correctional Enterprises and/or outside state agencies requesting printed matter (i.e. Graphic Design Brochures, Booklets, Newsletters, etc.). a. Maryland Correctional Enterprises will provide vendor with a written detailed description of the end product. If further consultation is required to obtain a clearer understanding of the end product, vendor will be required to coordinate with the end user. b. Upon initial receipt of rough draft, vendor will provide requesting agency with a rough written estimate in accordance with the attached chart provided. If further consultation is required between vendor and user for clarity, actual cost/pricing will be provided at that time. Rough sketches design/page layouts, etc to be presented within one (1) week after initial conference
