1.1 The contractor shall provide all labor, technical expertise, professional support, chemicals, (wet and/or dry), transportation and equipment for the extermination of all kinds of pest at the Louis L. Goldstein District Court Building located @ 200 Duke Street Prince Frederick, Maryland, 20678. 1.2 This service shall include both the interior and exterior of the building and grounds as specified by this contract or as necessary to eliminate pest from the interior or exterior of the building. 1.3 The contractor shall rid the building of all pests that walk, crawl, or fly and where possible locate and completely destroy their habitat. This requirement excludes the pest termites. A termite problem will be handled as a separate entity to this contract.
