This Contract is for the construction of pathways and fiber optic cable from Hamburg Station to the North Avenue Maintenance Facility, to create communications system connectivity between locations of instrument houses, traction power substations, station equipment cabinets and other facilities with the Operations Control Center (OCC). It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to splice into the 144 strand cable with drop cables, install the drop cables through pathways to the locations, terminate the strands, and test end to end strand. Also, the responsibility of the Contractor are: installation of Fiber Optic Cable, and pathways to support the installation of fiber optic cables between the catenaries and each location, terminating the drop cables on new patch panels and existing patch panels and testing, surface restoration, and demolition and debris removal,
