The purpose of this document is to purchase an online legislative tracking publication subscription service. This online subscription system access shall be able to provide daily email notifications summarizing congressional actions, events, news reports, and analysis; access to congressional databases for searching both current and historical congressional action reports, hearing transcripts, bill, report, and law text, bill analysis, floor votes for bills and amendments, member profiles and biographies; and various other archived information.
