The Contractor shall furnish all labor, on-site working supervision, materials, equipment, transportation of equipment and all incidentals necessary to provide lawn care and maintenance services at the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Workforce & Technology Center, 2301 Argonne Drive, Baltimore, Maryland 21218. Lawn Care and Maintenance Services to maintain the upkeep of DORS property. The Contractor will provide staff able to perform work at the highest standards of horticultural practice. Lawn care staff shall have current knowledge of best management practices regarding sustainable landscaping. The Contractor shall mow, cut, and trim grass in a professional manner, on a weekly basis, unless otherwise contacted by the Contract Monitor of designee. In addition, this is to include the removal of any weed and grass growth inside walkway and parking lot cracks (to include parking lots A through D). In case of a severe drought, mowing may be either temporarily suspended or performed on an as-needed basis at the request of the Contract Administrator or designee, until such time that the weather necessitates a more frequent service. Mowing on a weekly basis will begin on May 1 and terminate on November 1 of each year.
