This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather information from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-added Resellers (VARs) authorized to resell and support Dell, HP, or Lenovo to inform a potential future procurement. Specifically, the State seeks input on: Qualitative merits and pricing offered to other clients of similar size across a set of pre-defined configurations (standard laptops, ruggedized laptops & tablets, and desktops) for these original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) The transition support needed to consolidate to a single OEM environment The ability for Certified Small Businesses (CSBs), Minority Business Enterprise (MBEs), and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBEs) to participate, including terms that would encourage participation from these vendors, and how such terms may impact pricing or logistics
