The purpose of this Small Business Reserve Procurement is for Landscape Installation and Establishment at I-695 Inner Loop Ramp 2 and MD 144 Frederick Road near the I-695 noise wall in Baltimore County, Maryland (District 4). The Contractor must supply all labor, equipment, tools, and materials including staking, fertilizer, mulch, and water for tree installation and for the one-year care and replacement establishment period in accordance with the Landscape Plan and Contract Specifications. The project site may be accessed from the residential road Woodlawn Avenue near its intersection with MD 144 and Ramp 2, the on-ramp to I-695 NB IL. The Contractor is responsible for providing safety protection for the offloading and parking area located within a residential neighborhood.
