The Successful Bidder shall perform routine LFGMS O&M services within forty (40) hours per week during the normal landfill operating hours. The facility’s normal operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding County holidays. The actual number of hours may vary from week to week, depending on the tasks at hand. All Bidders shall develop and submit with the Bid Response a routine weekly schedule during which the technician shall be present on site. Emergency services shall be provided on an as-needed basis. 4.3 The Successful Bidder shall ensure that the LFGMS complies with all operational and record keeping requirements in accordance with 40 CFR Part 60.758 (b) - (c), Maryland Department of the Environment Flare Operating Permit, Maryland Department of the Environment Refuse Disposal Permit (#2022-WMF-0240) and any other applicable laws and regulations, subsequent requirements and permit conditions.
