Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified Contractors to provide landscaping, lawn maintenance and snow removal services at various library branches throughout Prince George’s County. The contract period will begin August 2022 and continue through June 2025. The contractor is responsible for providing service between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Exceptions include PGCMLS observed holidays and closures due to local or national emergencies or administrative closings. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce at all times and deliver uninterrupted service in performing all tasks identified in this contract. PGCMLS prefers but does not require that at least one member of the crew is considered the lead and is able to converse, read and write instructions and directives in English.
