The Office of Procurement and Contracting is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the Division of Planning and Permitting to gather information on the availability and functionality of a comprehensive, electronic land development, licensing and permitting system that includes: Interactive public-facing portal (allows document uploads, accepts applications, etc.), Planning, Permitting and Licensing workflow processes as well as those of related agencies outlined in the requirements (Fire Marshal, Division of Water and Sewer Utilities, Liquor Board, Health Department), GIS, online payment system, and plan review software integrations Community Development and Regulation, and Mobile capabilities for inspections. The project’s intention is to learn more about the different options available regarding software solutions, configuration, application processing, fees/billing, inspections/certification tracking, notifications and reporting. The County is open to all solution ideas and information.
