1. Equipment Requirements i. The successful Vendor/Contractor shall furnish and be responsible for all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, insurance, supervision, and other resources required for the provision and delivery of Work as identified in accordance with the particulars of any resultant Contract. ii. Equipment shall be manufactured to meet the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF® International) “NSF” standards and shall be so labeled. All electrical appliances shall be Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed. iii. A complete set of operating and maintenance manuals must be provided for each piece of equipment. iv. Product additions - new products may be added to the resulting Contract at any time during the term by written amendment, to the extent that those products are within the scope of this ITB. 2. Delivery, Storage and Handling i. All orders from any resultant Contract shall be F.O.B. destination. ii. All Work deliveries and/or shipments shall be inside deliveries. iii. Due to the nature of the Work, equipment delivery shall be completed by the date agreed upon by CCPS and the successful Vendor/Contractor. iv. All deliveries shall be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance by calling the contact person designated on the PO. v. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday (excluding office and/or school holidays or inclement weather days) between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3 P.M., Local Time. The successful Vendor/Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made during regular business days and hours. vi. Deliveries shall not block any roadways or emergency exits. Delivery vehicles may not park on any grassy areas on the Properties. vii. Vendors/Contractors shall be responsible for keeping track of the days when the schools and/or administrative offices are closed. CCPS’ calendar for scheduled closures can be found on CCPS’ website at http://www.ccboe.com/. Other closures (i.e. snow closures), as they occur, can also be found on CCPS’ website. viii. Installation of equipment shall be at the time of delivery. ix. Damaged shipping cartons or containers shall be rejected by the CCPS Supervisor or designee at their own discretions. x. Approval of orders shall be approved by the CCPS Supervisor or designee.
