Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service various County agencies’ kitchen equipment, including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for repairing. 1.1.2 Furnish quarterly preventive maintenance, including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision, conforming to manufacturer’s recommendations. 1.1.2.1 See ATTACHMENT 1 for the list of current kitchen equipment for the Department of Corrections. 1.1.2.2 Manufacturer’s warranty shall prevail when the period is longer than the specified warranty period. 1.2 The requirements listed above are intended as an aid to the Contractor to acquaint them with what could be required to execute the work on this contract. Any item that might be needed and not herein specified shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of this contract. 1.3 The work to be done under this contract includes but is not limited to the providing of quarterly preventive maintenance and all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items on repairs necessary to complete the work in accordance with this specifications and scope of work. All work for repairs shall be performed on a time and materials basis.
