Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fire Rescue Training Center: 18,500 sq. ft. on two (2) levels which house offices, training rooms, auditorium, large locker rooms, and a twenty-four (24) hour communication center, canteens. Heavy use of this facility is always present. Fire Rescue High Bay: Approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of Cleaning limited to the lower level area containing restrooms, locker rooms, showers etc., and emptying of all waste and recycling receptacles. Juvenile Detention Center: 13, 441 sq. ft. and is a secure, jail type facility. The lock-up cells are not included in the daily cleaning schedule. Central Kitchen Adjacent to JDC: One (1) office area, one (1) bathroom, remove trash and boxes from office and kitchen areas. This area has heavy grease and food on floor areas that are to be cleaned nightly and degreaser used. Mop all entry areas. Wash out trash cans nightly to remove food and grease buildup.
