This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR Part 13.5 - “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items” and FAR Part 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
