DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS A. The contractor is furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, overhead to include travel, and incidentals as necessary to complete the following: 1. The grading and restabilization of the landscape along the West side of the Pool Patio at the Patterson House and Gardens, to ensure that water drains away from the patio and pathway areas. This is to ensure that there is no standing or stagnant water on the south end of the pool patio or on the south side of the proposed flagstone pathway. 2. The installation of a flagstone pathway from the base of the steps from the Enclosed Garden to the edge of the flagstone deck around the Pool Patio. This project should use materials that match the historic hardscaping as closely as possible
