Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Improve comprehensive grant reporting B. Track success rate in obtaining grants C. Track expenditures vs. time remaining on grant(s) D. Generate custom reporting - Create summary and detailed reports on the same grants by a grouping (department, grant type, etc.) E. Identify grants available to fund projects F. Track expenses on a grant and department level basis G. Monitor grant deadlines and deliverables H. Establish an audit trail for all grant activities I. Track grants compliance requirements J. Interface with multiple ERPs, such as IFAS, SAP and others. K. Interface and export pre-award data to the state’s ERP or other system. L. Create grant solicitations, publish announcements and track applications. M. Provide executive summaries of grants, including eligibility, match required, maximum funding available, and program office notes. N. Deliver on the one of the following methods: On Premise, APP Hosting, or Cloud/SaaS (SaaS method is preferred).
