A. GENERAL NOTES i. Drawings Details (All drawings are for reference only and are not to scale, all dimensions and details are to be field verified by Contractor). ii. All Drawings, sketches and images contained in this document are diagrammatic in nature, not to scale, and are intended to identify the basic work to be performed and not to convey information about specific measurements. The contractor shall be responsible for field verifying all measurements, counts, and site conditions. iii. DWG #1 indicates the basic layout of the space for this project and is to be used to break the project down into segments so that work can be coordinated with UA to allow for staffing modifications as needed (field verify and any clarifications to be given during site walkthrough). iv. DWG #2 indicates the reception area that is to be done after hours which is to be coordinated with UA/DGS for oversight (field verify and any clarifications to be given during site walkthrough). v. Drawing #2 indicates the highlighted area for the reception area, seating area, rooms 1204, 1207, 1208, and 1210 that work that is to be done after hours and is to be coordinated with the UA and DGS.
