Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Work may require the demolition or alteration of existing systems or design, install and implement and/or integration into existing systems in which case all material and debris must be cleaned up and removed. b. The Contractor must be familiar with and have the ability to perform at a skilled professional level all work associated with the above requirements. c. Contractor is to have sufficient resources to be able to respond to multiple jobs at any given time based on Montgomery County Department of Police priorities. d. Contractor is to provide permits as necessary. e. Contractor must be an established Security contractor experienced in providing Security services of the type and to the extent outlined in the specifications.
