Specifications include, but are not limited to:OBJECTIVE The objective of this procurement by Maryland Port Administration (“MPA”), Information Services Division(“ISD”) is to acquire consulting services to develop a five (5) year Information Technology (“IT”) Strategic Master Plan to guide the organization over the next five (5) years in planning, procuring, implementing and managing current and future investments and resources. MPA is looking for a Contractor with a highly qualified team to fulfill the scope of work described here with. The Contractor shall work with MPA at the World Trade Center located at 401 E Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 and the Dundalk Marine Terminal at 2700 Broening Highway, Baltimore, MD, 21222. CURRENT and FUTURE TECHNOLOGIES MPA is integrated into the Maryland Department of Information Technology (“MDOIT”) wide area network (“WAN”); runs fiber optic and wireless local area networks (“LANs”) between various facilities; uses standard MDOT IT systems for capital planning, payroll, and human resources. MPA currently uses the following technologies: VMware Oracle Virtual Server Microsoft Virtual Machine using Hyper-V Oracle Database 11g Oracle fusion middleware 11g Microsoft SQL Access control system CCTV system
