Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor must meet all current applicable Department of Transportation standards and Compressed Gas Association (CGA) standards. 2. Each cylinder must be returned to the location where it was picked up. Cylinders are serial numbered and cannot be mix and matched between locations. 3. Vendor shall be able to pick up, service and return a minimum of eighty (80) air cylinders within a fifteen (15) day period. 4. Vendor shall have the manpower and/or equipment to load and unload cylinders without assistance from County personnel. A lift gate truck is strongly recommended for H size cylinders. Vendor may be back charged if County employees are needed to assist in pickup or delivery. 5. Cascade cylinders will be disconnected, bled down and readied for pickup by County personnel. 6. Price to include labor, materials and equipment necessary to test cylinders. There are to be no additional costs to the County.
