Fountain Lighting System ● Provide power for the new lighting system from an existing outlet located adjacent to the fountain basin. ● Run new electrical wiring under the brick surface, enclosed in conduit for protection, from the outlet to a new outlet installed next to the fountain basin. ● Core drill through the fountain basin wall to allow wiring to pass through to the interior of the basin. ● Install five (5) new underwater LED lights positioned beneath each fountain nozzle. ● Connect all new lighting to a transformer located beside the new outlet, programmed to control operating times for the lights. Fountain Basin Sealing ● Pump out and remove all water from the fountain basin. ● Protect surrounding surfaces by taping off tiles, fountain nozzles, and other areas that do not require sealant application. ● Sand the entire basin surface to ensure proper adhesion of the new sealer. ● Apply three (3) coats of professional-grade sealer, allowing 24 hours of curing time per coat. ● Seal all visible cracks in the tile with waterproof silicone to prevent water intrusion. ● Clean and repaint the exterior of the fountain basin. Auto Fill Install ● Remove and dispose of the existing non-functional autofill unit located in the fountain basin. ● Supply and install a new Pentair IntelliLevel 523265 electronic autofill system (or equivalent) in the fountain basin. ● Install the new control box in the pump room and integrate it with the existing solenoid to provide automated water level control. ● Provide warranty information for all workmanship and installed components.
