Specifications include, but are not limited to: Carroll County Government desires to make approximately four (4) acres at the Hoods Mill Landfill available to a proposer who desires to provide the minimum required services of the existing convenience drop-off. Other business activities may be proposed for consideration in addition to the minimum required services. Minimum Required Services: The County is requesting proposals for the operation of the resident trash, recycling and yard waste/trim convenience drop-off at the Hoods Mill Landfill located in southern Carroll County at 7901 Kabik Court. This convenience drop-off is open for use only to Carroll County Residents on Saturdays from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. Refer to the enclosed Hoods Mill Landfill brochure for complete details regarding existing services, fee schedule and items that cannot be accepted at this facility. The listed services on the brochure are the minimum services required by and acceptable to the County to be provided by the proposer on every Saturday of each month. Qualified proposers are to provide all personnel and equipment to operate this resident convenience drop-off in accordance with State and Federal regulations and County requirements.
