1. Demolish selected areas on the front yard including the concrete steps, walkways, etc. as necessary to accommodate proposed home modifications. 2. Install a 5” H x 11.8” W x 38” L sidewalk heavy duty curb ramp on Richmond Avenue next to the sidewalk as manufactured Myoyay or approved equal. This will allow the consumer to safely get on the sidewalk from Richmond Avenue and on to the ramp to his residence. 3. Install a 4’ W x L shaped concrete ramp with as shown in the drawings with a 4’ x 4’ concrete landing with aluminum ADA compliant handrails on both sides on the right side of the yard connected to the existing sidewalk and entry walkway. 4. Construct the walkway and pad for the installation of the Vertical Platform Lift 5. Provide a new 4” wide replacement sidewalk as shown in the drawing connected to the new wood deck. 6. Construct a 4’-3 ½” H x 9’-6” W x 7’-6” D wood deck with aluminum handrails over the existing concrete steps. A 1” thick Trex Transcend Composite deck will be installed on top of the pressure treated deck structure. . 7. Provide at least a 7-riser 5’-0” W wood steps with aluminum handrails on both sides connecting the new wood deck to the front yard grade and concrete walkway. 8. Install an enclosed front entry and side landing 42” x 60” Large Vertical Platform Lift (VPL) connected to deck, Model No. GVL-EN-96 – 99” Maximum lifting height as manufactured by Garaventa. 9. Construct all site features and work as shown in the drawings. 10. At the threshold on the existing double door connecting the residence foyer to the proposed new deck, remove existing threshold and install a new ADA compliant (5” W x 6’L) aluminum threshold. 11.
