Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Division of Instruction (DOI) is in need of course reviewers for a new online high school STEM course in cybersecurity. Reviewers will receive course lessons for review in Blackboard 9.1 and provide timely feedback during the period from February 2013 to July 31, 2013. MSDE plans to make awards for up to four qualified course reviewers. This RFQ is to solicit a qualified Contractor for consulting services as requested by MSDE. The Contractor shall furnish labor, resources and expertise required for the implementation of this solicitation. The Contractor will review course lessons in the States Blackboard 9.1 learning management system and provide feedback based on provided criteria. Most lessons should require up to three hours for initial review and up to two hours for final review for a total of up to five hours per lesson. Course reviewers should expect to review between six and eight lessons, each with a five day turnaround time. No guarantee is made on the amount of lessons course reviewers will receive.
