A. Contractor shall provide all services on-site at each identified facility; B. Contractor shall develop a written curriculum and/or schedule of activities for arts programming for young people that account for things such as the type of facilities (e.g., detention versus treatment facility), average length of stay at facility, and gender; C. Sessions and programming must include and cover young people populations; D. Sessions should accommodate groups of up to approximately 16 young people and be two (2) hours in length. Sessions shall be held twice per week. Because of facility populations, this will likely require more than one group of young people. At co-ed facilities, sessions for males and females shall be held separately; F. Contractor shall supply any and all materials to be used in programming; G. Contractor shall submit a written report in Microsoft word on program data to the Contract Monitor on the 15th day of each month for the prior month, and quarterly on the 15th day following the conclusion of each quarter. This report should include but not be limited to specific information about participant enrollment, attendance, and progress in all structured programming; H. Contractor shall submit a written summary report in Microsoft word documenting relevant positive and negative experiences, and recommendations for future programming to the Contract Monitor at the end of the program thirty (30) business days prior to the end of the Contract; I. Contractor shall host an arts-based family involvement event every quarter at each facility; J. Contractor shall notify the Facility Superintendent and Contract Monitor if unable to complete and follow scope of work outlined in a timely manner.
