To establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the administration of its weight management program for Washington County Public School employees, retirees, and their dependents. a. Have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience performing services similar or related to the Scope of Services. b. Have and operate a full-time, permanent business address with the ability to be reached by email and telephone c. Provide an affordable weight management program(s) for Washington County Public Schools active employees, retirees, spouses, and dependent children over the age of eighteen that focuses on scientific based weight management practices. d. Proposer shall document which scientific weight management practices, theories, etc., their program is based on. e. Provide a description of requested product testing or in-person inspection and a description of standards to be met. Statistics regarding reductions in weight or Body Mass Index (BMI), potentially with reductions in medication dependence and Hemoglobin A1C. f. Provide meal planning and nutrition education geared towards the goals of eating healthier. g. Implement a marketing and education campaign in conjunction with the WCPS’s Human Resources Department. h. Proposer shall provide a detailed plan for marketing the program to WCPS employees and educating employees on the program and its health benefits.
