The University of Maryland has endeavored to fit-out two existing core & shell buildings at their College Park campus to serve as the new primary location for their top-ranked School of Public Health. The project will be a state of the art Human Health & Sciences Complex which will serve as a pivotal next phase in supporting the University’s ability to meet strategic priorities, including improving public health, meeting the demand for public health professionals, and attracting related industries. The buildings, which encompass 160,000 GSF, will consist of dry and wet labs, classrooms, clinical spaces, and faculty, graduate assistant and staff offices for several departments and an activity hub for the Academy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E).
