Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide an office trailer for the duration of the project of an approximate size of 10’x 44’ for overall size. The trailer will be equipped with working lights, electric outlets, heating and air-conditioning. The trailer will be large enough to accommodate progress meetings and will be appropriately furnished. Within the office trailer there will be a separate furnished office area for the on-site County Inspector (8’x10’ min.) with lockable door. This office trailer including adjacent parking area must meet ADA requirements. Minimum Furnishings supplied by Contractor shall include: o Window blinds o Doors and Windows must be lockable o Indoor useable bathroom serviced weekly o Chilled water dispenser o Folding 8 ft. table and min. eight folding metal chairs for meetings o Temporary Internet Connection – Provide Broadband internet connection including Wi-Fi capability. Wi-Fi shall be available to the County Inspector and visitors. o Teleconferencing capabilities: Provide 40” or larger TV/Monitor Provide Logitech Conference Cam Connect Full HD Video 1080p, H.264, 960- 001034 to be turned over to the County upon completion of the project. Provide all connections and provisions for a functioning teleconferencing environment. o Inspector’s office area shall contain: Desk with office chair 4 drawer lockable file cabinet Plan rack (wall mount or rolling) Plan table of at least 30 inches deep and 60 inches wide Stool/chair for plan table Mini fridge/freezer of approx. 2.7 cu. ft. or access to shared full-size refrigerator.
