Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide scheduled, seasonal, and emergency response service on various HVAC and mechanical systems for Baltimore City Public Schools. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to maintenance, inspections, repairs, seasonal; spring start up and winter shut down, scheduled, and emergency repair services on various existing HVAC systems including but not limited to absorption, centrifugal, rotary and reciprocating chillers, various types of boilers, rooftop self-contained units, rooftop DX condensers, various control systems, VAV’s , VRF’s, vertical package units, mechanical system inspections, swimming pool heat exchangers, unit ventilators, DX splits, ATC controls, water tower repairs/treatment, and associated equipment at various schools
