HVAC Installation – Carpenter House Fair Hill N.R.M.A. 1. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to design, build, and install a new high velocity HVAC System located at the Carpenter House within Fair Hill N.R.M.A. at 620 Tawes Dr, Elkton, MD 21921 in Cecil County 2. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Design, build, and install a 4 ton high velocity HVAC system for a 2,500 Square Foot Residence. All plans and designs shall be completed and stamped by a Maryland licensed Professional Engineer for HVAC systems. b. Cut and install a new attic ladder access port to the attic. Trim around the hatch with 2” Azek trim board. c. New HVAC system shall be a complete installation to include all duct work, air handlers, compressors, electric whip, refrigerant lines, condensate drain, blower, evaporator coils, a new digital thermostat and wiring from the panel box to the new unit. d. Clean up and all construction debris from the job site and properly dispose off State Property.
