It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing guard and security services to The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation located in Goshen, New York. The campus of The Valley View Center consists of interconnected buildings including a 240 bed skilled nursing facility called Douglas D. Couser building, an administrative facility called Jerome A. Simon Building, a 120 bed skilled nursing facility called Glenmere, and a 160 bed skilled nursing facility called Henry G. Parry Building. On the campus grounds there is also one large green barn, sewer treatment plant, pond, water pump house and the Department of Social Services Building. No additional specifications were given.
