Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain a grant program manager and a research and evaluation specialist who is able to work full time to assist the Maryland State Department of Education’s (MSDE) Division of Student Support, Academic Enrichment, and Educational Policy and the Maryland Department of Health’s (MDH) Prevention and Health Promotion Administration, Center for Tobacco Prevention and Control, in coordinating the overall operation of the grant surveillance projects and budget in collaboration with the MSDE Student Services team. The grant program manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities, coordination of surveillance projects with inter-agency staff, coordination with local education agencies/local health agencies; development of materials and provisions for in-services and professional development trainings, conducting meetings, tabulating and interpreting of required data, and is responsible for the overall program evaluation.
