This solicitation is to obtain Granicus products for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange’s (MHBE) Marketing Portal. This solution shall provide the ability to MHBEs Marketing Department to perform ad hoc messaging on a pre-defined set of QHP consumer parameters, segment the consumers by multiple factors and then communicate with those consumers. A. The selected vendor (the Contractor) shall provide to the MHBE the following subscriptions of Granicus components for a period of twelve (12) months: 9/10/25 – 9/09/26. Targeted Messaging (Up to 1,000,000 (One million) Targeted Messages per year); Communications Cloud Advanced Package (6,000,000 – 6,999,999 potential users); Targeted Messaging (Up to 2,000,000 (Two million) Targeted Messages per year)
