Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to provide (4) fully operational vehicle gate mechanical systems and associated components according to project manual and factory specifications located at the Charles H. Hickey School for Boys. Each gate shall have a new Heavy-duty, industrial, gear-driven slide gate operators (LiftMaster Model SL585) installed in accordance with (NEC) and (NEMA). Each gate shall have new weather resistant chains and sealed bearing rollers. Operators shall be sized to gate parameters. Contractor shall pull new control wires and power wires from control panels in gate house to new operators at gate per (NEC) and (NEMA). The contractor shall replace existing rollers with new and install or replace guides where needed and replace all limit switches. Guides in travel lanes shall be modified to accommodate snow plowing.
